Perses was the son of Titan
Crius and Eurybia. He was the titan god of
destruction. He was wed to Asteria, his cousin, daughter of Titan
Coeus
and
Phoebe. They had one child,
Hecate- honored by
Zeus above all
others, as the goddess of wilderness, childbirth, witchcraft and magic.
