Chaos


                                                 In Greek mythology, Chaos was described as the primeval emptiness before things came into being. Chaos was dark. silent, formless, infinite and with no trace of life.

Chaos


                                         Out of Chaos, Mother Earth Gaea first came to existence and then Tartarus. Gaea created mountains, low lands, rivers, lakes and seas. Tartarus built his home deep below the world of Gaea. Tartarus was both deity and a place in the underworld.
Gaea

                                              Gaea and Tartarus united and created Tyhoeus (Typhoon) fire breathing dragon with hundred heads. Then love appeared out of Chaos in the form of Eros. Eros was the most handsome of all Greeks gods. Eros one of the primeval gods born of Chaos was later said to be son Aphrodite.
Eros, Nyx and Erebus
                                         Chaos gave birth to Erebus (Darkness) and Nyx (Night). With the intervention of Eros ,Erebus and Nyx united and Nyx create Aether ( the Atmosphere) and Hemera (the Day).
